Will high density concrete react with surrounding steel frames, hull plate or pipe work?

High-density concrete can be produced with Ph in excess of 12 therefore steel surfaces are protected from rust, as the material is placed in a fluid state all voids and crevices within the receiving hull space are fully filled and no small pockets remain that could allow for the build-up of moisture that could promote rust or microbiological growth.
